Solutions: Implementation
A phased approach simplifies implementation.
As an Application Service Provider (ASP) hosted solution, there is no software installation or maintenance required. This outsourced solution reduces your cost and dramatically speeds implementation. WorkforceLogic easily integrates with your existing systems. Whether it is a legacy ERP system, an e-procurement application, or HRIS solution, we have the proven experience to quickly integrate WorkforceLogic into your unique environment.
We fully understand the co-employment risks associated with the regular use of contingent workers. You need and deserve a service provider willing to offer benefits that are on par with those available to your own full-time workforce.
The WorkforceLogic implementation methodology and project plan consists of the following phases:
- Phase I - Envisioning
The Envisioning Phase is dedicated to articulating project goals and expectations and educating the team on the overall Implementation Process and the completion of a thorough Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Phase II - Design
The key deliverable in the Design Phase is the Solution Definition, which defines the client's configuration and technical requirements and the overall scope of the project; the project plan and timeline; And the definition of a deployment strategy which consists of change management, communication and training.
- Phase III - Developing
During the Development phase, the system is deployed and configured per the Solution Definition.
- Phase IV - Stabilizing
The Stabilizing phase is dedicated to the thorough testing of the system in a production-staging environment. After certification and parallel testing, the solution is ready for release and moves to a hosted production environment.
- Phase V - Deploying
During the Deployment Phase training is delivered and the solution is deployed.
