Senior Management Changes Designed to Strengthen Client Relationships and Cultivate Consultative Approach to New Business Development
Nelson Family of Companies (NFC), Northern California’s largest independent human capital solutions company, today announced several changes to its organizational structure, including a number of senior management changes and new assignments. With NFC’s revenues growing 38% over 2005, this reorganization is designed to enable Nelson to continue to be a leading human resources staffing, software and services company well into the future.
Mark Nelson, president of NFC, will leverage his 18 years of experience to define and execute NFC’s overall business strategy, with a focus on leading client development and strategy activities.
Paige Mazzoni was promoted to executive vice president of corporate strategy, product management and marketing, and will oversee all marketing and sales support for both WorkforceLogic and NFC’s staffing divisions.
Barry Roach will become NFC’s new CFO and executive vice president of finance and administration. Roach will have responsibility for banking, finance, accounting and corporate information technology. Roach most recently was an executive vice president with Browning Barrett LLC.
