Workforce Renaissance Focused on Managing Diversity Spend and Suppliers
WorkforceLogic recently announced the creation of Workforce Renaissance, a joint venture with ASG Renaissance, an international staffing firm that is one of our longtime partners. The new venture is a women- and minority-owned and operated enterprise, managed in conjunction with WorkforceLogic and designed to manage payroll and services for diversity spend and suppliers.
Workforce Renaissance will provide payroll processing through WorkforceLogic and consulting services and management through ASG Renaissance. The companies are combining forces to present an integrated solution to the marketplace, ensuring that clients can achieve their diversity goals and continue to process top-tier diversity dollars.
The goal of Workforce Renaissance is to help companies improve the success of their human capital investment through efficiencies, best practices and improving the customer’s ability to harness the benefits of increased minority content.
Specifically, Workforce Renaissance will offer:
- Mosaic Advantage Member Services
- Full Payroll Services, including benefits and employee services
- Full Vendor Management System capabilities
Formed by ASG Renaissance, Mosaic Advantage is a group of pre-screened and pre-qualified minority–and service disabled veteran–owned businesses whose members offer a broad range of services including Human Capital Outsourcing, Staffing Services, Marketing and Communications, Customer Service, Consulting and Training, IT Support Services, Program Management, and Engineering Support.
