WorkforceLogic and ABE Services Merge Companies to Create the Most Comprehensive Workforce Management Solutions Company in United States

Sonoma, Calif. April 3, 2006 - As companies seek to streamline their human resources administration and meet compliance requirements, WorkforceLogic and ABE Services today announced the merger of the two companies to create a 'one-stop shop' for HR departments that need comprehensive workforce management solutions.

Both WorkforceLogic and ABE Services are already operating divisions of the Nelson Family of Companies and dominant leaders in workforce management with customers including Harley Davidson, Hitachi Data Systems, Barclays Global Investors, Yahoo! and other leading companies. ABE Services was founded in 1994 and has grown to become one of the largest 1099 risk management and payrolling companies in the U.S.; WorkforceLogic was founded in 2000 and is best known for its vendor management system (VMS) for contingent workforce management. The integrated company will combine services and consolidate back-office operations to create a one-stop workforce management company with broad range of services and software solutions ranging from strategic assessments of how to manage and optimize a company's workforce, solution definition and delivery, such as 1099 compliance and risk analysis, full supplier management and services, and payroll processing systems.

The new company will retain the WorkforceLogic brand and will have presence in all 50 States and Canada, as well as internationally. The company will be headquartered at Nelson's corporate offices in Sonoma, California. WorkforceLogic projects annual revenues of approximately $240 million in 2006.
