During our transition to fully utilizing WorkforceLogic's services, we were audited by California's Employment Development Department (EDD). We were audited for a year in which one-third of the independent contractors selected for audit had been surveyed and classified by WorkforceLogic and two-thirds had been classified using our rigorous yet resource intensive in-house procedure. WorkforceLogic did not hesitate to help us with this audit. WorkforceLogic met with the auditor and our staff to explain WorkforceLogic's classification system; WorkforceLogic provided us with complete documentation on a very timely basis for the WorkforceLogic surveyed workers and reviewed our audit response prior to submission to the EDD to ensure its quality and internal consistency. We now have a procedure in place where WorkforceLogic is surveying and classifying 100 percent of our contracted domestic workers. Worrying about EDD audits is no longer on our 'to do' list!

I began using WorkforceLogic when it was introduced to Bank of the West in December 2003. It saves me the time I used to spend making phone calls, waiting for return calls, and having resumes faxed to me.
