Andrew Bartolini – Aberdeen
Research Director-Global Supply Management

Mr. Bartolini is a supply management professional with rich experience in strategic sourcing, business process transformation, and software implementation.

He has managed the design and implementation of strategic sourcing and procurement processes for companies across a wide range of industries and has directed strategic sourcing projects exceeding $500 million in total value.

His recent focus has been in identifying and leveraging world-class technologies to achieve operational excellence within the procurement and finance functions of Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Bartolini has held leadership roles in sales, marketing and services at Ariba and Commerce One. His background also includes extensive transactional and analytical experience while working in management consulting and investment banking.

He has been named a “Pro to Know” by Supply and Demand Chain Executive.

Mr. Bartolini holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Holy Cross College and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Bill Ingham – The Clorox Company
Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity

Mr. Ingham has more than 16 years of experience in the consumer products and high-tech industries.

Mr. Ingham’s expertise includes all areas of Human Resources Management with special emphasis in Recruiting and Staffing where he has built entire staffing organizations (recruiting and staffing operations) and has had responsibility for high volume recruiting up to 4,000 people a year.

In addition, Mr. Ingham has significant expertise in Diversity and Inclusion, Succession Planning, Compensation and Employee Development. Mr. Ingham currently directs global talent acquisition and diversity for The Clorox Company.

Prior to joining Clorox, Mr. Ingham was with PeopleSoft for approximately five years. In addition to building a strategy for PeopleSoft’s Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (HRBPO) division, Mr. Ingham also led the Corporate Staffing group at PeopleSoft, where his team of professionals developed technology and programs to enable global recruitment.

Mr. Ingham currently sits on the advisory board of the Human Capital Institute, the advisory board of Jobster, and was elected to the Oakland Workforce Investment Board by Oakland Mayor, Jerry Brown.

Mr. Ingham attended the University of Western Ontario (UWO), in London, Ontario, Canada, and Evangel University in Springfield, MO. He holds degrees in Communications and Psychology.

Bonnie Gibson – Littler Mendelson Global
Managing Director

Ms. Gibson joined Littler Global following 25 years of labor, employment, immigration and employee benefit practice at the San Francisco-based firm Hanson Bridgett Marcus Vlahos and Rudy, and before Hanson, at Morrison and Foerster. She managed Hanson’s labor and employment group, served as regional managing partner for Hanson’s offices in Sacramento, Las Vegas and Marin County and served on the Firm’s executive committee, focusing on client relations and practice development.

Since joining Littler Global in September 2004, Ms. Gibson has served as project manager in all aspects of the practice and business. She managed an innovative national interest waiver project for a large multi-national client, oversaw the outsourcing of global migration work for two of Littler’s largest clients, and institutionalized their global practice, implementing selection standards and memoranda of understanding for immigration service providers.

Ms. Gibson’s current practice emphasizes immigration compliance, with her background in employment law. She specializes in I-9 compliance, OFCCP and DOL audits and contested proceedings. She has litigated extensively in the state and federal courts. She has received the highest available rating by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and professional ethics and conduct.

Ms. Gibson is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (Arizona and California chapters).

Ms. Gibson served as a managing trustee for the $12 billion City and County of San Francisco Public Employees Retirement Fund, where she also managed the City’s self-insured workers’ compensation program. Ms. Gibson served on the staff of Congressman Lee H. Hamilton (D. Indiana; Vice-Chairman of the 9/11 Commission) and on the staff of the Democratic Caucus in the Indiana State Legislature.

Ms. Gibson graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University at Bloomington, where she was awarded the coveted Herman G. Wells award as the outstanding scholar in her senior class. She graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington, where she served on the editorial board of the Indiana Law Review.

Bryan Peña – Avery Dennison Corporation
Senior Global Commodity Manager

Mr. Peña is an accomplished Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Professional with experience in all aspects of the sourcing process across a wide number of commodities and disparate business units.

He is an effective program/project manager, with a proven history of delivering cost savings, resolving conflicts, and increasing client satisfaction.

Mr. Peña currently manages a global Services and IT portfolio with a negotiable spend of $160 million temporary labor, ASP and technology contracts desktop/laptops, servers, software contracts, ASP contracts, VAR’s, and leasing strategies.

Mr. Peña has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
