Q: What does it cost to attend?
A: The only costs to attendees are travel to Sonoma, California and lodging. There are no conference fees. Meals are provided compliments of WorkforceLogic.
Q: How do I make a room reservation?
A: There are several ways to reserve a room for the conference:
- A positive RSVP will elicit a phone call from WorkforceLogic confirming your registration. At that time you will be provided with the hotel reservation information for your use.
- Click here to reserve a room online.
- Go to The Lodge at Sonoma's website and either click on the Reservations tab, or contact their reservations center by calling 707.935.6600.
- Finally, WorkforceLogic will take care of your reservations on your behalf if you prefer.
Q: Can I bring my spouse/partner/significant other?
A: You are welcome to bring your spouse/partner/significant other. They are welcome to join you at the Welcome dinner on November 1, and the luncheon on November 3.
Q: What will WorkforceLogic cover for my spouse/partner/significant other?
A: WorkforceLogic will provide Dinner on November 1, Breakfast and Lunch on November 2 and 3 for your spouse/partner/significant other.
Q: Can I stay longer?
A: If you would like to extend your stay through the weekend, please let us know. We will be happy to work with you to extend our corporate rate for the duration of your stay, and ensure that the hotel has the appropriate arrival and departure information for each guest.
Q: Is transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?
A: WorkforceLogic is happy to assist in coordinating transportation to and from the conference for you. Arrival and return transportation can also be arranged with the hotel concierge if you prefer.
Q: Which airport is the closest to Sonoma, California?
A: The Sacramento, Oakland and San Francisco airports are all approximately equidistant from Sonoma, California. Where you fly into depends on what is most convenient for you.
