Q:  What does it cost to attend?
A:  The only cost to attendees is travel to Sonoma, California.
There are no conference fees. Meals are provided compliments of WorkforceLogic.

Q:  How do I make a room reservation?
A:  Contact the Lodge at Sonoma to make a room reservation by calling 888-710-8008 online here. Please register for the conference first. Contact Robyn Smith for more information.

Q:  Can I bring my spouse/partner/significant other?
A:  You are welcome to bring your spouse/partner/significant other. They are welcome to join you at the Welcome Reception and the off-site dinner on Wednesday evening.

Q:  Can I stay longer?
A:  If you would like to extend your stay through the weekend, please let us know. We will be happy to work with the hotel to assist you in getting a conference rate through the weekend.

Q:  Is transportation available from the airport to the hotel?
A:  WorkforceLogic is happy to assist in coordinating transportation to and from the conference for you. Return transportation can also be arranged with the hotel concierge if you prefer.

Q:  Which airport is the closest to Sonoma, California?
A:  The Sacramento, Oakland and San Francisco airports are all approximately 60 miles from Sonoma, California. Into which airport you fly depends on what is most convenient for you.

A:  We suggest Business Casual.

Q:  Will meals be served during the Conference?
A:  Yes. On Wednesday we will be departing the hotel at 6:00pm sharp for our dinner location. We will meet in the hotel lobby. In keeping with tradition, this year’s dinner venue is designed for the maximum Wine Country experience. Please be sure to be in the lobby on time.
