North America, in both field and corporate management.
While in the field she managed branch operations, driving sales and profitability. In her corporate role, she managed contract deliverables for national accounts customers.
In addition, Ms. Gabriel worked for PrO Unlimited, managing an
onsite program for a large Silicon Valley technology customer and spent two years with a national consulting company implementing customized contingent staffing programs, partnering with both
MSP and VMS companies.

Garry G. Mathiason Littler Mendelson
Senior Partner/Vice-Chair
Mr. Mathiason is a senior shareholder of Littler Mendelson. He has personally supervised the firm’s attorneys on over 1,000 employment and labor litigation matters and currently defends employers in complex wage and hour and discrimination class action cases.
Based on his litigation experience, he originated several of the firm’s preventive employment law programs, and structures in-house employment law training programs. He has drafted model legislation on workplace violence, and appeared frequently on national
radio and television regarding violence prevention in the workplace. Mr. Mathiason has developed the firm’s alternative dispute resolution program, and has participated with Professor
Arthur Miller of Harvard in the development of a video-training program on ADR. Mr. Mathiason is widely recognized as a leading authority on employment law trends in the United States.
Mr. Mathiason oversees the firm’s Corporate Compliance Practice Group. He serves as Chair of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group’s (OCEG’s) Employment and Labor Law Domain
writing legal requirements and guidelines for business.
Mr. Mathiason has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, School of Speech, where he was a Clarion DeWitte Hardy Scholar and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.

A strategist, and talent management practitioner who has a passion for business optimization through people; delivering workforce solutions within dynamic high performance driven organizational environments.
During her career, Ms. Hankinson has held roles as board-level Executive and consulting positions within both the banking
and finance and professional service industry sectors, and has honed her skills in the key areas of strategy formulation, project delivery, recruitment process re-engineering, integration and change management with
successful implementations of high value managed service programs within the US and across EMEA.
Ms. Hankinson has consulted and led a series of both large and small transformational recruitment process outsourcing projects, initiatives that were customized to satisfy local requirements, yet scalable to
meet client’s changing business priorities. More recently she has specialized in the set-up of highly effective Pan-European Vendor-Neutral Programs delivered through global supplier agreements within both the
Financial Service and the ICT industry sectors.
Ms. Hankinson holds an MSc in Marketing; is an Ashridge Consulting trained organizational coach and is currently studying for her Ph.D.

Prior to joining IT Ascent, Ms. Gehring was a Senior Manager with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG), leading their IT Governance Practice. Ms. Gehring was responsible
for successfully designing and implementing enterprise-wide portfolio management processes and system solutions supporting demand management, performance budgeting,
and project execution processes to fit the culture and pain points of BearingPoint’s key clients. Ms. Gehring has successfully implemented over 20 Project Portfolio Management Solutions spanning financial, commercial, and public sector clients.
She served on the Project Management Institute (PMI) Board of Directors, was a contributing author of IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP) 2003 and is a sought after public speaker and
author on PMO and IT Project Portfolio Management Solutions. She is currently co-authoring a book on The Agile PMO.
